Touchdown Jets provides information and services as a charter broker and aviation consultant.  We expressly disclaim any liability in the following respects:

• Brokerage Role: Touchdown Jets is an independent air charter broker, not an air carrier or operator. We do not own, operate, or maintain aircraft. All flights arranged through us are operated by licensed third-party air carriers (FAR Part 135 operators or foreign equivalents) who have full operational control of their aircraft. Touchdown Jets does not hold an FAA air carrier certificate and does not provide air transportation services.

• Operator Responsibility: The third-party operators we engage retain exclusive responsibility for every flight. They determine aircraft operation decisions (flight plans, safety, crew, maintenance) and have final authority over passenger acceptance and any flight changes. We ensure that chosen operators meet regulatory and insurance requirements, but Touchdown Jets is not liable for the acts, omissions, or performance of any airline, crew, FBO, or other third-party service provider. Any instructions, delays, or cancellations issued by those carriers (for weather, maintenance, security, etc.) are beyond our control.

• Aircraft Information: Aircraft specifications (size, seating capacity, baggage allowance, range, amenities) are provided for general reference only. Touchdown Jets does not guarantee the performance or availability of any aircraft or equipment. Actual specifications, passenger limits, and performance depend on the specific operator’s aircraft and must be confirmed with them. We make no warranties that a particular aircraft will be available, or that described features (e.g. cabin size, luggage space, fuel range) will meet your exact needs.

• Service Scope: Any information or recommendations regarding aircraft sales, acquisitions, management, or consulting services are general in nature. We may facilitate introductions or advice through third-party partners (such as broker networks or consulting firms), but Touchdown Jets itself does not conduct aircraft sales or acquisitions. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice. Any transaction (e.g. purchase or sale of an aircraft) is between you and the third-party broker or seller. We are not responsible for the outcome of such transactions or for the content and accuracy of third-party offers.

• No Endorsement: References to other companies, products, or services on our site do not constitute endorsement by Touchdown Jets. Use of any mentioned service or product is at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability for those third-party activities.

Service Scope

Touchdown Jets’ primary business is private aviation consulting and brokerage. We offer charter booking services (arranging on-demand private flights) and general consulting in related areas. For clarity:

• Charter Services: Our charter quotes and bookings are provided as a broker on your behalf. We negotiate rates and itineraries with third-party operators, but the contract of carriage is between you and the operating carrier. All costs quoted (charter fees, taxes, fuel surcharges, etc.) are based on information from operators; any additional charges (international fees, taxes, or unforeseen expenses) are the customer’s responsibility.

• Aircraft Sales/Acquisitions: Touchdown Jets may provide advisory services for clients interested in buying or selling aircraft. We offer market information, networking, and guidance based on our industry expertise. However, we do not directly sell or purchase aircraft. If you choose to proceed with a transaction, you will deal with independent sellers, brokers, or manufacturers. We are not liable for the completeness or accuracy of information provided by others in these transactions. Our role is limited to general assistance and introductions.

• Consulting Services: We can offer general consulting on private aviation matters (fleet planning, travel policies, safety considerations, etc.). This advice is advisory and not binding. We recommend you obtain any specialized legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice from qualified professionals. Any decision you make based on our consulting is at your own risk.

• Partnerships: Some services (e.g. concierge, catering, ground transportation) are provided through our partners or affiliates. Touchdown Jets does not directly perform those services; we act as a facilitator. We do not guarantee the performance of partner services and disclaim liability for any partner’s actions or omissions.

• Geographical Scope: Although Touchdown Jets is based in Delaware, we operate internationally. We strive to comply with U.S., EU, and other applicable regulations in our dealings. However, international laws (customs, travel restrictions, etc.) may affect services. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance (passports, visas, customs) for their travels.
