Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Touchdown Jets LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in compliance with applicable laws. This Policy explains the data we collect when you use our website and services, why we use it, and your rights. By visiting our site or using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described below.

-
Information We Collect: We collect personal data you provide to us directly (such as your name, contact details, and booking or payment information when requesting quotes or services) as well as information gathered automatically when you use our site (such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited). We may also obtain information about you from third parties, including analytics providers, social media platforms, and publicly available sources. For example, we collect data directly from you when you contact us, automatically through cookies and server logs when you browse our site, and from our business partners or public records.
-
How We Use Your Information: We use the personal data we collect to provide and enhance our services. This includes communicating with you for quotes, confirmations, support, and—where permitted by law or with your consent—marketing communications. We process your information to fulfill contracts (such as arranging charter flights), manage and improve our website, and ensure security and regulatory compliance (including fraud prevention and legal obligations). We also use this data to refine our offerings and improve your overall user experience.
-
Marketing Communications and Promotions: From time to time, Touchdown Jets may provide marketing materials, promotional codes, or special offers. These promotions are subject to availability, may carry restrictions, and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at our sole discretion without prior notice. Any applicable promo code must be presented at the time of the flight request. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
-
Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (web beacons, pixels, etc.) to enable site functionality, analyze traffic, and provide a personalized experience. We may use both first-party and third-party cookies (e.g. for analytics or advertising). You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may limit site features. We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal data without your consent.
-
Data Retention: We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected (for example, to provide services or process transactions) and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. When there is no ongoing need for your data, we delete or anonymize it. For instance, we follow industry best practices and delete or anonymize data once a client’s charter services are completed, unless retention is required for tax or safety records.
-
International Data Transfers: Because we serve clients globally, your information may be stored and processed in the U.S. or other countries. Our servers (located in the U.S. and managed by secure providers) host your data, and we may transfer it internationally to fulfill services (for example, sending passenger info to an operator outside the U.S.). We take appropriate safeguards to protect data during such transfers (e.g. secure servers, industry-standard agreements, and privacy policies of third-party service providers).
-
Third-Party Sharing: We may share your information with third parties as needed to provide services. For example, we share contact and flight details with licensed air carriers to book your charter. We also share data with trusted service providers (payment processors, IT hosts, analytics, marketing platforms, etc.) that assist us in operating our business. We may disclose information to comply with law (e.g. subpoenas or safety requirements), enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety. In any corporate transaction (merger, sale, etc.), personal data may be transferred as part of the deal.
-
Security: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encryption, access controls, etc.). While no internet system is 100% secure, we store data on secure servers and routinely back up information, striving to protect against unauthorized access or breaches. If a breach occurs, we will follow applicable laws to notify affected parties.
-
Children’s Data: We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will delete that user’s data promptly. Our services are intended for adults (18 or older).
-
Your Privacy Rights: Depending on applicable laws in your place of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, such as the ability to access, correct, or delete your information, restrict or object to its processing, or request data portability. You may also have rights related to how your information is shared or used for marketing. To exercise any of these rights or to make a privacy-related request, please contact us at the address or email below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
-
Policy Updates: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (for example, to reflect new legal requirements or service changes). We will post any revisions on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our site or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
Contact: For questions about this Policy or to exercise your privacy rights, please contact us at info@tdjets.com or via the contact information on our website. Disclaimers
Touchdown Jets provides information and services as a charter broker and aviation consultant. We expressly disclaim any liability in the following respects:

-
Brokerage Role: Touchdown Jets is an independent air charter broker, not an air carrier or operator. We do not own, operate, or maintain aircraft. All flights arranged through us are operated by licensed third-party air carriers (FAR Part 135 operators or foreign equivalents) who have full operational control of their aircraft. Touchdown Jets does not hold an FAA air carrier certificate and does not provide air transportation services.
-
Operator Responsibility: The third-party operators we engage retain exclusive responsibility for every flight. They determine aircraft operation decisions (flight plans, safety, crew, maintenance) and have final authority over passenger acceptance and any flight changes. We ensure that chosen operators meet regulatory and insurance requirements, but Touchdown Jets is not liable for the acts, omissions, or performance of any airline, crew, FBO, or other third-party service provider. Any instructions, delays, or cancellations issued by those carriers (for weather, maintenance, security, etc.) are beyond our control.
-
Aircraft Information: Aircraft specifications (size, seating capacity, baggage allowance, range, amenities) are provided for general reference only. Touchdown Jets does not guarantee the performance or availability of any aircraft or equipment. Actual specifications, passenger limits, and performance depend on the specific operator’s aircraft and must be confirmed with them. We make no warranties that a particular aircraft will be available, or that described features (e.g. cabin size, luggage space, fuel range) will meet your exact needs.
-
Service Scope: Any information or recommendations regarding aircraft sales, acquisitions, management, or consulting services are general in nature. We may facilitate introductions or advice through third-party partners (such as broker networks or consulting firms), but Touchdown Jets itself does not conduct aircraft sales or acquisitions. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice. Any transaction (e.g. purchase or sale of an aircraft) is between you and the third-party broker or seller. We are not responsible for the outcome of such transactions or for the content and accuracy of third-party offers.
-
No Endorsement: References to other companies, products, or services on our site do not constitute endorsement by Touchdown Jets. Use of any mentioned service or product is at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability for those third-party activities.
-
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that our site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Pricing, availability, and terms shown (for charter quotes or services) are estimates and subject to change without notice. Touchdown Jets disclaims responsibility for any errors or delays in content, and for any reliance you place on information provided on the site.
These disclaimers are intended to clearly allocate risk: Touchdown Jets facilitates connections and information but is not the ultimate provider of flights or third-party services.
Service Scope
Touchdown Jets’ primary business is private aviation consulting and brokerage. We offer charter booking services (arranging on-demand private flights) and general consulting in related areas. For clarity:

-
Charter Services: Our charter quotes and bookings are provided as a broker on your behalf. We negotiate rates and itineraries with third-party operators, but the contract of carriage is between you and the operating carrier. All costs quoted (charter fees, taxes, fuel surcharges, etc.) are based on information from operators; any additional charges (international fees, taxes, or unforeseen expenses) are the customer’s responsibility.
-
Aircraft Sales/Acquisitions: Touchdown Jets may provide advisory services for clients interested in buying or selling aircraft. We offer market information, networking, and guidance based on our industry expertise. However, we do not directly sell or purchase aircraft. If you choose to proceed with a transaction, you will deal with independent sellers, brokers, or manufacturers. We are not liable for the completeness or accuracy of information provided by others in these transactions. Our role is limited to general assistance and introductions.
-
Consulting Services: We can offer general consulting on private aviation matters (fleet planning, travel policies, safety considerations, etc.). This advice is advisory and not binding. We recommend you obtain any specialized legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice from qualified professionals. Any decision you make based on our consulting is at your own risk.
-
Partnerships: Some services (e.g. concierge, catering, ground transportation) are provided through our partners or affiliates. Touchdown Jets does not directly perform those services; we act as a facilitator. We do not guarantee the performance of partner services and disclaim liability for any partner’s actions or omissions.
-
Geographical Scope: Although Touchdown Jets is based in Delaware, we operate internationally. We strive to comply with U.S., EU, and other applicable regulations in our dealings. However, international laws (customs, travel restrictions, etc.) may affect services. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance (passports, visas, customs) for their travels.

Summary: Our services are intended to provide guidance, quotes, and coordination in the private aviation market. All services that involve third parties (airlines, operators, brokers, consultants, ground transportation providers, catering, other travel related and aviation related services, etc.) are ultimately provided by those third parties. Touchdown Jets facilitates the process but does not assume liability for others’ performance or outcomes.

By using this website and engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies, disclaimers, and terms.
